Salary: $120-150k base plus 12%+ annual bonus opportunity and relocation assistance

Job Description:

  • – An exciting opportunity working directly for a large health system as a Revenue Cycle Director to act as an integral regional leader for 7 acute care facilities
  • – Ideal candidate will have experience and confidence in working the full revenue cycle:
  •     * Front Cycle (registration)
  •     * Mid Cycle (charge capture/coding/revenue integrity)
  •     * Back Cycle (billing/collections/cash posting)
  • – Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to ensure the health of the revenue cycle
  • – Stay abreast of any changes in policy that would affect the revenue cycle and communicate with facility CFO’s and regional CFO if necessary
  • – Understand the 7 facilities goals/objectives and assist towards achieving/exceeding these benchmarks
  • – Experience in reducing A/R, increasing cash in the door and minimizing denials by payers
  • – Must be comfortable with a high level of interaction and communication with employees at all levels including the C Suite


  • – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred
  • – At least 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare administration/operations with a focus in revenue cycle
  • – Multi-facility acute care experience
  • – COVID-19 vaccination
