Salary: $105-115K+

Job Description:

  • – Seeking a seasoned Inpatient/Outpatient Coding Manager to lead a team of approximately 30 IP/OP Coding staff onshore and offshore
  • – This position will also have the assistance and leadership responsibility for a Coding Supervisor and a Coding Coordinator
  • – The workload is about 70% Inpatient and 30% Outpatient
  • – Candidate must be confident in their Inpatient Coding skills as you will be serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clients
  • – Experience across multiple site locations is highly desired, this role will be responsible for 8 hospitals
  • – This will be a hybrid working model; time will be split between your home office in Chicago and facilities throughout the area

Requirements:

  • – RHIA, RHIT and/or CCS
  • – 5+ years of Coding/Auditing experience
  • – 5+ years of HIM Coding Management experience
  • – Must be vaccinated since you will be visiting client sites (hospitals)
