Job Description:
– Perform reviews on clinical documentation and issue queries when appropriate
– Analyze findings and identify potential root causes of produced errors
– This role will collaborate with physicians, nursing staff and coding staff to improve the quality, specificity and completeness of the documentation

Requirements:
– At least 3 years of Inpatient CDI experience
– Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
– Active RN license in any US State
– CCDS or CDIP certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire
– Ideal candidate will have CDI experience working at an academic/teaching facility
