Job Description:
– An exciting Inpatient Coding Management opportunity working directly for a not-for-profit Health System
– Responsible for managing a team of 15-20 Inpatient Coder’s and all coding related functions
– Communicates professionally with co-workers, management and hospital staff
– Ideal candidate will have experience working in Meditech(EHR) and 3M CAC(Encoder)
Requirements:
– At least 3 years of hands-on Inpatient Coding experience
– At least 2 years of Management experience
– CCS credential
– Associate and/or Bachelor Degree preferred
– RHIT and/or RHIA certification preferred
