Over the course of his over thirty-five years in Health Information Management, Perry Ellie frequently saw the demand for sophisticated recruitment services for H.I.M. professionals whose needs were not being met by “industry generalists” recruitment firms.

To meet that need, Perry formed H.I.M. Recruiters in 1991, convinced that his experience in H.I.M. and a strong entrepreneurial orientation would enable him to successfully service the market.
